Yesterday lisa & I took a walk from the island
to a couple of shops in sarasota

as they try to beat the waves running
in and out of the water

this is a snowy egret, they have the
coolest yellow feet

on my walk back i saw this large bird,

possibly an eagle/hawk sitting
on the corner of a condo building.
after watching it i discovered it was
feeding her babies in a nest that she
built on the roof.

Girls Vacation!!

today I took a SW flight to Tampa to meet
up with my girlfriend from Grafton, WI
for a girls vacation!!

We're staying at a condo that belongs
to a friend of lisa, who will be joining
us on Sun. Very nice!!!

Witch's Christmas......

Last Saturday I participated in the 3rd annual
Witch's Christmas. I was there with my
Gold Canyon Candles as well
as 5 other vendors.

Trish has graciously opened up her home for
this event which gets a larger turn out each
year. Trish use to groom Winnie &
Scooter (RIP) and over the
years has become a good friend.

Homemade Gourmet set up her display
in the kitchen and made some
yummy edible samples!!
